Rising Strong™: Cultivating Curiosity for Leaderistas
The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong™ for Leaders is a workshop designed to help learners understand exactly what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.
During this retreat you will explore things like:
…Exploring the critical role emotion plays in a behavioral change and the connections between emotion, thought and behaviour
…Define integrity and explore how offloading emotion moves us away from our values and how to integrate wholeheartedly instead
…Examining the power of storytelling and that all stories have three main acts and that we are all wired for story
…Exploring the three elements of the Rising Strong process (The Reckoning, The Rumble and The Revolution)
…Developing actionable strategies for getting back after a fall or setback so that you can live, love, and lead with greater courage and resiliency
