Janna is a seasoned management and human resource management specialist and highly regarded Leadership Coach and Facilitator who partners with her clients to offer practical approaches, solutions and counsel aligned with business strategy to drive business results.
Janna has over 20 years’ experience working in various leadership roles ranging from teaching faculty to directing teams of over 30 trainers/supervisors at global contact centers to a Senior HR Management Consultant and Coach for a global HR Management firm.
She is committed to the growth and effectiveness of organizations, teams and individuals, and in moving them towards their goals and successes. Janna’s approach to each client relationship is engaging, collaborative and results oriented. She has guided the development of entrepreneurs and senior leaders, teams and organizations, in the private, public and not-for-profits sectors — working with them from a basic needs perspective up to the most progressive with sophisticated requirements.
Janna holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology, a B. ED and M. ED in Adult Education, all from the University of New Brunswick. In addition, Janna is a graduate of Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach and an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick (HRANB). She is certified to integrate powerful tools and curriculum such as The Daring Way™, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory™ (ESCI), The Leadership Circle Profile™ and The Leadership Circle Culture Survey™ in her client work.
Michelle brings a fresh, rich experience of over 28 years as a leader and motivator. She is proficient at successfully building teams and provoking and managing organizational change in various industries, ensuring optimal performance at all levels while in senior leadership roles in the fields of Human Resources, Communication, Administration and Performance Optimization.
As a coach, HR consultant and facilitator, Michelle’s unwavering dedication is to support executives and high-level leadership teams in their pursuit of personal and professional success. She focuses specifically on leadership development and co-creating strong, sustainable coaching cultures within organizations in order to maximize the probability of personal and organizational success. She supports leaders, teams and organizations to identify unique strengths to maximize their potential in managing workplace challenges. Michelle’s talent is creating trusting, collaborative partnerships and learning environments directed at achieving efficiencies and results while infusing fun along the way!
Fluently bilingual, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. She is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University. She is Green Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma. Michelle has earned a Certificate in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Saint Mary’s University as well as a Certificate in Health Services Management from the Canadian Healthcare Association. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
