Why A Leadership Mastermind Group?

If you’re ready to ignite your leadership presence as an organization, then a Leadership Mastermind and Mentoring group is just what you need.

Facilitated by accredited coach Janna Hare, this program creates a “safe space” for your leaders to bring up issues they face and get specific leadership development in those areas. 

It will help leaders get perspective from their peers on the importance of follow-through as well as regular support around how to lead more effectively in today’s complex business world. Leaders will hold themselves (and each other) accountable for the leadership goals they set by practicing and sharing their experiences in these monthly groups.
